Meryl Whiteside has widespread experience across all aspects of the performing arts platforms – as a performer/actor and behind the scenes.

She comes with years of experience in both Television and Film including:

As a line producer on the successful documentary The History of Australian Rock n Roll, live to air music show Recovery, Triple bill ballet produced alongside The Australian Ballet & Bangarra Dance Co.
Producer’s assistant on the BBC Film The Bite & Summer of the 17th Doll.

Dramas including Corelli, Janus, Mercury.

At ABC TV she also worked as a researcher, in continuity (Script Supervisor), and casting departments.

Meryl produced/directed her own children’s theatre show that toured Victoria.

Meryl’s business is Mezza Productions and she is based in Torquay, Victoria, Australia.

She served as a Board member on the million-dollar arts development, The MAC in Torquay.

Meryl is a valued Board Director of the Geelong Waterfront Film Foundation.
