Leigh Ryan is a freelancer offering 2D and 3D animation, illustration and motion graphics services for local, national, and international clients.

Born in Geelong and raised in Bannockburn, Leigh is an illustrator of some renown, a 2D animator of some skill and a genuinely funny guy. Intelligent, driven and truly passionate about the process, Leigh loves the possibilities that can arise when working on a new project.

Leigh has produced content for commercial companies such as, Toyota, Coca-Cola, Aeroplane Jelly. For government agencies such as Headspace, Corangamite CMA and Barwon Water. And has worked, in various roles, on animated TV shows for companies such as Galaxy Pop (Get Ace/Clean up/VFX animation/Opening Titles) Working Dog (Pacific Heat/Design Lead) Moose Toys/Cartoon Network/Dirty Puppet (The Grossery Gang/Art Director) and most recently co directed/art directed and animated the first season of the Smashers web series for Zuru.

He also wrote and illustrated a series of kids books under the title Big Crow and Little Pumpkin, which he only did because he wanted to show off to his children. The shine wore off after book twelve.
